396ci engine, 4 spd transmission, power steering, power brakes, excellent cond.

This 1969 Camaro Coupe (X11 code) was assembled at the Norwood, Ohio plant and a previous owner had the car restored in recent years. The exterior was refinished in beautiful black paint with white stripes over a very attractive black and white houndstooth interior. The 396ci/325HP big block engine runs excellent and the 4 speed Muncie transmission shifts great, power is put to the ground through a 12-bolt positraction rear end with 4.10 Richmond gears. This car has front and rear spoilers, SS badging throughout, an original style exhaust system that makes the car sound almost exactly as it would have in 1969, power steering, power brakes (front disc), Rally wheels wrapped in Goodyear Polyglass F70-15 tires for that authentic look and a retro style radio. All of the gauges in the dash and the full-length console work (the speedometer reads 8-10mph off), as well as the heater blower, lights and wipers. The odometer shows 125miles (this may go up slightly as I enjoy driving the car) which indicates the miles since the restoration. The undercarriage is in excellent condition and is a pleasure to look at, many new parts throughout and clearly a lot of time was spent making this area look clean and finished. This Camaro is not a 10 out of 10 original museum piece, there are some minor blemishes here and there: some scratches on the steering column, the sail panels on the head liner could be tighter, a small crack in the console lid, there is a chip in the passenger side window and windshield - the glass shows some wear, some of the interior pieces show evidence of being painted, misc. minor chips on the exterior – I am happy to send detailed pictures of all this to anyone interested. Overall this is an absolutely beautiful car in above average condition. This Camaro is ready to go and be enjoyed, just turn the key and drive it.
