BODY AND PAINTThis Car body was redone and painted about 20 years ago. The gentleman I purchased it from didn`t know anything much about who did it. It is painted in DUSK PLUM/ India Ivory which is a stock 56 color. The paint has stood up pretty well over time. I would still call it (to me) a driver quality paint job?? It was a single stage paint as far as I can tell. There is some crazing on the tops of the front fenders but Its still shinny and looks pretty good. Floors are all original, (patch for a floor shifter). No rust coming thru anywhere. I had the hood repainted (big rock ding) and had the paint computer paint color matched. We were able to get a really good match. Has the usual if you drive it paint chips that I keep touched up. All the chrome and emblems had been replaced (except the grill) when the car was painted. Stainless was polished then too. I think it was a frame off because it had all new body mounts. I replaced the front bumper with a one piece smoothie and added the wagon center section to the rear bumper. I have 1719 100% ebay feedback rating.PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE THEM.
