The body & engine are solid, showing off its 60+ year age with a few minor dings and dents, and yes, that is a gunshot hole in the hood that we thought we’d leave as it adds even more to the trucks story! ExteriorThe original cracked windshield was replaced after pictures and video were taken!There are 2 pictures showing another Chevy truck that has been restored and customized with air ride among many other features. This is very typical work performed by our restoration experts! This air ride Chevy Truck is not for sale and is not included in this listing. Items needing attn are cracked passenger vent glass, wipers don't work, antenna & radio are missing, heater core leaks, driver side seat has a tear in the back side and torn on the seat portion, and passenger side mirror post has rusted thru at a small part on the bottom frame. Just being honest and clear.InteriorBoth door bottoms are solid with only some very minor ruster spots in the cab corners. A few ORIGINAL & AFTERMARKET ADD-ON PIECES shown in pics; Original 1959 Chevrolet Truck Operators Manual, original wood floor bed, 16" wheels which were a rare option in '59 tho the hub caps are new, dual gun rack in rear window, cowboy hat holder, block heater, saw from the Montana ranch located by fuel tank, etc. The truck GVW Rating was originally 5,000LB but in order to have it rated 8,000LB for farm/ranch use it had helper springs added when purchased with approval shown on the driver side on the bumper shown in pics. EngineBrief list of what's been recently repaired and or replaced, in no particular order: fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump, fuel filter, rebuilt carburetor, new water pump, generator, new battery, starter, ignition tumbler, thermostat, temperature sensor, new head gasket, belts, tail lights, rebuilt cylinder head, new oil filter housing hoses, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake hoses & shoes, hardware kit, brake drums, grease seals, re-greased all bearings, suspension, leaf spring pivots, new tires, hub caps, freshly sandblasted & powder coated wheels, replaced oil pan gasket & cleaned oil pan inside & out, replaced any necessary seals, axle transmission, etc. And windshield was just replaced!
