Pry the keys from my hand for the price of $79,900. That's a steal and the price is fairly firm. Cash or official cashier’s check only. Sorry, no trades, partial trades, or wampum accepted. I’ll be happy to assist with shipping/transport. I'm located in Carlsbad, California.
