1989 Corvette with 1991 ZR-1 Engine Included

This is a group of parts that were going to become a 1989 ZR-1 Corvette. The car is a 1989 with 70,658 miles on the chassis. It has the FX4 adjustable suspension, Dana 44 rear, 6 speed.The engine is an LT5 from a 1991 ZR-1 that was wrecked. The engine was running when it was pulled and shipped to me. It came with the wiring harness and computer. There are 4 additional ZF 6 speed transmissions. One has the ZR-1 front shaft, 2 are standard C4 6 speeds that should be ok, and the last was for parts. Hopefully, you can see from the pictures that there should be everything it would take to put the car together. There are parts from this car, as well as several parts from a matching 89 that was sold separately. The basic difference between the two cars was the interior. One, this one, was brown and the other was black, so there is a mixture of black and brown interior pieces in the photo. All of this has been in this garage for a few years.Other than gathering up the parts, I have not taken the time to start the build. Now, age has become a problem, and I think it is best to see if, hopefully, someone else would like to finish this.

The car still has a good block in it, the head gaskets started leaking, and the heads were removed.Someone could put the car back together as an 89, and have enough parts to build a ZR-1 pickup truck. There area lot of options, should one be inclined.

There are extra tires and rims in the photos which are not for a corvette, and not included.
