Description of 1968 Chevrolet Nova SS |
| So disappointed to part with this is beautiful 68 Nova! Grotto blue with white vinyl top and blue interior. Frame off restoration. it is as clean as they come. This Nova has not seen rain or been washed in 12 years. After each drive. its placed neatly back in the garage and wiped it down with a towel. The engine is a 383 stroker. The car is lightning fast! I was told this is a true SS car but without the original engine or papers. I have no way to prove it. For the mechanics: this car has World Heads (Angle Plug). Lunati Cam. Lunatti Roller Rockers. 4 speed Saginaw transmission (no rings on the input shaft. 2. 89 in 1st gear for highway comfort). Hurst Shifter. Holley 750 (3310) 4 barrel carburetor. 10 bolt rear end - 2. 56 and open (for highway comfort). disc brake in front. brake boost and master with adjustable prop valve. MSD Ignition. power steering. updated alpine stereo with CD. 3 inch pipes to the rear. Many recent updates to make this car not just a show car. but a really enjoyable driver. |
