Description of 1962 Chevrolet C-10

This is the Count's Kustoms 1962 Chevy Pickup which was featured on the hit reality show Counting Cars on the History Channel. This was also featured in the November 2014 Classic Trucks magazine and the March Truck in the 2015 Classic Trucks Calendar. This is a custom truck. but it is not a show truck. This truck is driven. and as a result it is not perfect. however. it is beautiful! So many things have been done to the truck so the list is not meant to be exhaustive. The body has been smoothed and seams removed. besides the amazing one of kind paint job. The paint is amazing. and really must be seen in person. The body is straighter than it ever came from the factory. The door locks have been redone with bear claws. and it has power steering. 4 wheel disc brakes. power windows. stereo. Dakota Digital gauges. led rear tail lights. 383 stroker motor with eagle internals. edlebrock aluminum heads and intake. hedman headers and March serpentine system. This has a 350 transmission built to handle the horsepower. 3. 50 gears with positraction in a ford 9" rearend. It is a static drop. 2. 5" in front and 5" in rear. The mileage is approximate since rebuild. the rearend has about 300 miles on it. but this driven. This is sold "as-is" no warranty. $2000 through paypal or cashiers check due within 24 hours of end of auction. balance due within 5 days of end of auction. A reserve exists but please do not ask what it is. however. I do encourage any other questions. Please do not ask what the minimum I would take for the vehicle. If the vehicle price exceeds my minimum I will remove the reserve. Subject to prior sale before end of auction. I am relisting this with a more reasonable base value. I thought maybe starting at a lower number might create a bit more excitement. but the amount it got up to about paid for the paint job alone. I am the owner of the truck. I was on the show with it as well. This was completely frame off originally and a lot of time (several years) went into this truck. If you live in Vegas. I will be happy to show it to you. I do attend some of the events around town (for instance on April 18. 2015. I will be at a charity car show at UMC hospital to raise money for kids). If this sells. the buyer will get a Count's Kustoms Jacket with their name embroidered. and autographed photo if they want.
