Description of 1983 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

83 Chevy Monte Carlo for sale as-is. Odometer reads 68000. but exact mileage not certain due to Antique Title with exempt odometer miles. Traded a motorcycle for the Monte with plans to use as a daily driver and family fun. My son's 68 Buick has become our focus and we no longer have room or time for this one. Driven daily past 6 months with no issues. PA State Inspection expires 12/15. Engine runs strong and sounds awesome with the 3" duel exhaust and cherry bomb extremes. Previous owner stated the engine is a crate 305 with 36000 miles. nbsp;rear suspension was upgraded with new coil springs and air shocks. gas gauge not working although installed new tank sending unit. Aftermarket radio/CD player installed with a face plate from a 87. Steering box leaks and needs rebuilding/replacing. Trunk lid replaced and has SS rear spoiler. Interior in good condition. Only rip seems to be on side of driver's side seat back4 original wheel rims includedBody appears to be in good shape. Small rust hole in passenger floor and left side trunk floor. Older paint job showing age. I am describing the car as accurately as possible. however I am not a mechanic nor a body work expert.
