Selling my 1979 Chevy Suburban C20 Silverado Estate. I bought this truck last year from a Dealer in Arizona. where it was traded in by the original owner. The dealer used it for about 6 months moving 5th wheels on his lot before selling it to me. Since I have owned it. I have done extensive work on it. I had no plans on selling it. but recently bought a 1972 suburban that requires more work than I had expected. So selling this to pay for it. This is a C20. 2 wheel drive. The truck has original 160k miles. Both the engine and transmission work fine and full on power. It is equipped with tow package and has air lines for towing heavy trailers. All 4 door panels have been replace. The front are originally blue. paint cream. The back door panels are cream with cloth insert. When they were replaced. I greased all window tracks so they roll up and down with ease. There is not rotting or rust on the truck. It does have the usual surface rust. Quarter panels and door jams are rust free. All door open and close and lock correctly. The truck rides study and has no issues doing highway speeds. A/C work and has been converted to the current standards. Has dual A/C front and back. replaced and cleaned the air ducts. Breaks are goodAxel bearing in the front was replacedAnit rattle window stripsFront seat was rebuildHeater hosesReplaced the cargo doors with a new one. the old ones are dented from having a large antenna attached. old doors come with the truck. replaced all fluidsWill add more as I remember. What it needsHeater core. currently bypassed. Don't need it in California. Driver side door hinge could use a replacing. the pin that keeps it open broke so now the door swing freely when open. I have these and will come with the truck Speedometer needle is jumpy. bought a new cable will come with the truckCarpet. There is one dent on the driver side back panel near the tail light and shown in the picture. There is surface rust around the bottom part of windshield. It is surface rust only. I checked when I was replacing the dash. The truck is shown in the picture with alloy rims. these do NOT come with the truck. I have the factory rims and wheels which it will come with. The tires on the original rim are ok and can use replacing. If you want the rim and tires on it right now. it will be $500 over closing bid. The truck runs strong. I have driven it over mountains without any issue. I fixed it up with the intent to keep it a long time. No over hearing. does not burn oil. runs quite. other than the speedometer cable making noise at the moment. Brakes are strong and stops strong. Take a look at the pictures. if you have any question. please ask. Buyer is responsible for shipping. $500 deposit is required via paypal within 48 hours of close. rest with 7 days from closing. I will work with your trucking company to work out the pick up. The truck is sold as is where without any warranty.
