Description of 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

This is being Relisted because the winning bidder didn't have any money. if you bid please make sure you have enough money to complete the purchase. This is a 1956 Chevy Bel Air. It has a very strong 350 engine and a 350 turbo trans. This car is very custom as it has had too many modifications to possibly name them all but here are the things I can think of: shaved door handles that are now remote control openers. Camaro rear end. electric seats out of a 70s Pontiac Bonneville. Moon gauges. Trans Am steering wheel. Camaro front clip. (professionally done by a custom shop) see in picture # 15 power front disc brakes. power steering. old one piece American racing Torque thrust wheels. cross flow radiator. It has a Hidden hitch. The modifications have been done since the early 90s. The body is straight and still very shiny but it is not perfect. It does have a few nicks and scratches but for a 25-year old paint job. it looks great. It has approx. 10. 00 miles since being built. I drive it in the summer about 500 miles a year. It lives in a climate controlled garage. It needs a wiper motor if you want wipers. but it does have all the cables and stuff still intact under the dash. All the wiring was replaced and everything works as it should. The floors. trunk and quarter panels and rockers are original and in great shape. Any holes in the body were welded and there wasn’t many. It has a couple of drilled holes where it used to have spot lights up by the windshield you can see in picture # 12 Please feel free to ask questions as I have owned this car since 1986. This is very reliable and could drive anywhere. On Apr-21-15 at 15:13:37 PDT. seller added the following information:After further inspection the floors and trunk are very good but it does have rust through on some of the floor braces. (the ones that connect to the rockers) they are not very expensive and pretty easy to fix. I just never got around to doing it. It has a frenched in antenna. hood louvers. and all the emblems are airbrushed on. Email me for phone # and I can tell you all about it.
