Description of 1969 Chevrolet Camaro |
| Up for auction is this 1969 Camaro Convertible Barn Find. This car has spent most of it's life in SW Missouri. The car was discovered in March of 2015 where it has been sitting it a barn for the past 29 years (see photos of the find). The odometer now shows 77. 14 miles which is believed to be original. The gentleman I purchased the car from said he bought it from the original owner in 1986 and only drove the car a couple hundred miles since then. I verified this with the odometer reading on the title. Since I purchased the car. it has been completely gone through and is mechanically sound. The paint is original and in driver quality. To be a trailer queen the car would need to be re painted. This is an X11 code Camaro as you can see from the cowl tag in the photos. The convertible top is original and looks great. This is a factory AC car and blows cold. It also has power steering. All numbers matching car. The car drives straight and smooth down the road and the 307 V8 runs great.
