Description of 1963 Chevrolet Corvair

New top from Clarks Corvairs. Engine completely rebuilt by local corvair expert. including turbo and carb. New 14" chrome wheels and tires. New exterior mirrors. Interior done about 12 years ago. Car re-wired around that time. Also re-chromed both bumpers. new headlight bezels and lights. Painted right before interior was done but paint is now cracking and dull. Floors appear solid. Now for the items that need attention: rust above one rocker panel and some bubbles in the door and lower front fender. Bondo in the wheel wells and around a taillight. Minor scrapes in the side and back engine cover. Dash pitted. no radio and passenger door panel coming loose at the bottom. I have owned since 1993 and put about 12. 00 miles since purchase. Spent over $6. 00 in the last 2 yrs. and driven it only a few hundred miles. Originally the car was for my son but he joined the NAVY and doesn't want it. and I have too many cars. Invested well over $10. 00 and lots of extra parts that can be negotiated in the sale. My loss is someone else's gain. It runs and drives great. Car is for sale locally and could be sold anytime. Once I receive the funds in my account. car can be picked up here in Los Angeles area. I have tried to describe to my best ability the condition of the car but keep in mind it is 50+ years old and not a show car.
