Description of 1982 Chevrolet Malibu classic

This wagon was built up as a weekend street/strip toy for the wife.It has a 406 sbc w/alum heads headers voodoo cam msdholley 750 new rad w/ elec fan. new 1 wire alt has beenconverted to manual brakes they need alittle more bleeding manual steering with flaming river joints It was a factory A/C car still has all the inside parts from firewall out parts have been removed for weight. Has a harwood fiberglass 4 inch cowl hood and front bumper. It will come with the factory hood and bumper. The trans is a fresh th-350 w/ 2500 stall 3500 stall covert will come with car. Still has factory rear axle with newbushings springs shocks and air bags. the lower arms are boxed. Battery was located in thespare tire well with a rear master disconnect. Has a new factory fuel tank that has been sumped and rear mounted fuel pump and filter. The interior is in good condition with some cracking in the plastics. 5inch monster tach w/ shift light 2 1/2 volt oil and temp gauges tilt column with Z/28 wheel. The wheels are M/T drags 3 1/2 front and 8 inch rear Mt drag rad in rear.The car was built for my wife to play with when we went to the track with my Gasser.Well the wife wants a streetrod now and more work for me. Car was set up old school style . lighter weight and more weight transfer. Still has heat and defrost lights blinkers CD playerA/C can be put back on nothing was butchered.
