Description of 1952 Chevrolet Other

1952 Chevrolet 2dr. The top has been chopped 4" and was done very nice. GM front clip origin unknown . 350v8 with a 3speed automatic trans. Under dash a/c unit period correct looking for the age. Power steering power brakes drum brakes. Chrome mr gasket oil pan. Floor pan driver side was rusted out and new metal was layed over not instead of cutting out and stitch welding in. The front clip does have a sway bar. The car comes with painted to match rear fender skirts. Front turn signals are not working but rears are. Engine runs good but the Eldelbrock carb needs cleaned and adjusted. A/c works. The column is from an older GM vehicle with tilt wheel and column shift. Shaved door handles with remote unlocking solenoids. The car was built in the early nineties. The hood has been louvered and the middle seam welded and filled. The front grill is custom and chromed. All glass is good except a crack on the driver vent window. Nice leather maybe vinyl feels like leather. The headlights taillights and the antenna have been frennched in for a very custom look. The side rear fuel door is actually a remote jump off for the battery as the battery is hidden in the trunk. The custom trunk opener is on the dash. This car has been driven many miles approx 60k. The belt system under the hood has upgraded to a nice serpentine one. The brake booster is chrome. Rear end is a 10 bolt GM. The paint has some chips around driver door and some other small areas but the paint is really nice and straight under the lights and a very rich color red. There is a crack in the paint on the drivers door and a small dent. For a car that has been driven the paint is really good!! The gauges are from a GM car origin unknown and the left one is a clock(inop). The 50's styled spot lights are decoration only (inop). Wiring harness is an older GM harness not as clean as the ones you can buy today like Painless or Auto wire. The car has normal creaks and movements of an older built street rod not a $75 k car but this car gets a TON of attention!!! I have muscle cars much nicer and never got the attention like this one it's just COOL! The bodywork to get this car to this level us very expensive to do. Buy this car make hour own changes and enjoy on cool Chopped lowered car. Please call or email as I am very honest about any question 575-318-1127
