Description of 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 2 Door Post

What you are bidding on is a 1956 Chevrolet Belair 2 door post sedan car. Please feel free to check the VIN if you'd like. This is a really cool car. It runs and drive and has a great look to it. I will do my best to describe the Belair. However please feel free to call me if you have any questions or concerns. I will add additional pictures as soon as my computer allows me. The car is an original California rust free car. Exterior:The paint on this Belair is a really cool dark red with an off white or cream two tone paint job. The paint looks to have quite a bit of pearl in it. The front and rear bumpers are re-chromed and they look great. The front and rear trunk emblems are brand new as well as the grill hood bars and extensions. As you can see the car has quite the wow factor with all of the chrome. The stainless is original however it is in really good shape. The doors hood trunk etc have really good lines. The rear tail-lights do have a little bit of pitting however I am considering of replacing them. All of the lights do work i.e. brakes headlights license plate lights etc.Interior:The interior of the car looks great as well. It has a brand new headliner great seats with no rips or tears. The door panels are in good shape. The glass is good shape as well. The dash is painted the same color as the body. The carpet is also in good shape. This is a great driver all around. The floor pans are ver solid with no rust. The trunk is very solid as well with no rust. This is a true California car with Yellow 1956 Vintage California plates. Drive Train:The Belair carries a small block 350 crate motor with very low mileage with an Edelbrock 4 barrel carb. I believe it has less than 5000 miles on the motor. The transmission also has a very strong Saginaw 4 speed transmission. The car shifts and drives very strong. The exhaust consist of headers and flowmaster mufflers. The car has a great muscle car sound to it as well. The rear end is an original non-posi rear end. The disc brake conversion has been done on the front. The wheels and tires are American Racing 20" rims in the rear and 17" in the front purchased through Summit Racing. The heater motor does not work right now and the original radio is in there however it does not work. I do have the car advertised locally and do reserve the right to end this auction if my price is met ahead of time.
