There are a few out there but this car is in fantastic original condition. The only thing changed on this car are the tires and the battery. 100% stock and original otherwise with no aftermarket performance parts. no hacked in stereos or alarms. no oversized custom wheels or exhaust. not even any aftermarket window film. Absoultely all original glass as you will see in the photos. all Maserati "Securisiv" markings are on every piece including the windshield and rear window of the soft top. Porthole glass looks great too. I have seen several of these where the conjoined glass 'bubbles' up quite severely. these are quite nice. This is a very clean west coast car that you can tell has been driven only in fair weather. The car was undercoated when new and there is no corrosion as you will see in the photos of the undercarriage. you will even notice original 'chalk markings' on certain suspension/brake components and tags on the springs. Please take the time to enjoy the 90 full sized photos of the car. you will be impressed with it's condition. The body is straight with no signs of repair. the accident free Autocheck & CarFax reports support that. There are a few very tiny door dings but absolutely no major dents or scratches on the car. no fading either. it has a smooth. glossy finish hardly even a few stone chips on the front. It has 3M stoneguards on the headlamps and front marker lamps so the original lights are all in mint shape. Glass is excellent. original and crystal clear all the way around. All trim looks great. rear tail lamps are excellent. stainless trim looks nice and there is no heat-beat in any of the moldings. Tires are nearly new. matching set of Goodyears at all for corners mounted to the original Maserati crested rims which are all intact and in good shape with no major curb checks or scratches. Hard top is nice as the rest of the car. soft top looks as if it has maybe been out once or twice. it's impeccable with no wear spots on known folds and no sun fading or seam separation. it is near mint. the glass is also perfect. The interior is really nice. Most of these I see from warmer climates like AZ. NV. CA or FL are heat warped badly. This dash is super straight and the leather is all supple with sharp stitch lines that are not 'pulling apart'. Leather is all intact and in good shape. it smells like a new Ferrari inside. very rich leather aroma and no tobacco. musty or foul odors at all. The steering wheel and arm rest in the center console show minimal wear but as you can see from the photos its well above average. The car is equipped as all of these were. loaded with 8 way power driver & passenger seats. power recline. power mirrors. power windows. A/C. cruise. tilt. tachometer. etc. This one also has the Infinity factory premium audio system. it turns on but the sound is faint? Not sure why but even the factory antenna works properly. Carpets. dash and door panels are all intact and look great as does the headliner on both tops. The car runs great. in my opinion. the 89's were the best year for these TC's as the Turbo is alot of fun and the V6 versions had transmission issues. This car is fun. fairly quick and gets great fuel economy from the Turbocharged 2. 2. It is California emissions compliant and it does not smoke or leak. Engine sounds healthy. transmission shifts properly and it holds the road well. it is a pleasure to drive and be seen in. All in all this is a very nice and fairly complete car. It comes with the original key and valet key. owners books and TC owners club info in a leather pouch that matches the interior color. I believe the previous owner was a member as there is a sticker in the front windshield showing it. I think my price of $6450 is quite reasonable for the quality of this car and its components. it needs nothing but a new owner as it has just been serviced. It's a lot of car for the money. these things were a limited production vehicle and cost well over $35000 new (in 1989 'money') and while there are a few available. they are getting harder to find in clean condition.
