Description of 1988 Chrysler Town & Country Rust Free Woody Wagon NO RESERVE!

I am listing this Classic 1988 Chrysler Lebaron Town And Country WOODY for a friend of mine who is also a dealer. This car is all original and in great shape for its years. This is a 100% Florida Car and rust free. Cosmetically the body is straight and the paint still shines. The wood grain panels are all intact and I would estimate the tires to have 60% or better all the way around. All .of the original hubcaps are there as well. This Woody Wagon has the luggage rack on top which is also great for surf boards! There are some scratches here and there and a bumper sticker or 2 but overall in good Shape for it's age.

Mechanically I was amazed. My friend purchased this car at a local auction because he knows I like the older harder to find vehicles, nd I was originally going to keep it for myself. It has the 2.5 4 cylinder non turbo engine which is still VERY strong and the transmission shifts smooth. Auto Check Report states that the car had a transmission service less that 20K miles ago. When it arrived at my shop, y mechanic (who also loves classics) gave me a list of supplies and I ordered them. 2 days later with a smile on his face he told me to take it for a ride. He had tuned it up and re-sealed the entire AC system, hecked everything over and inspected, djusted, nd repaired all the major components. My mechanic informed me that the mechanical condition was decent when we first received this car. I drove it for 2 weeks as a daily driver and it ran great. The steering is nice and the suspension is in great shape as well. Good Brakes and everything works including Ice cold AC all windows and doors and even the stereo, lthough you will probably want to purchase some new speakers since the old ones have seen better days. When I started it today it was a bit sluggish at first but started right up even though it had not been started in a week.

Cosmetically the interior is completely intact, owever there are some blemishes. The interior seats are Leather. I'm not sure how to describe the color, t's either burgundy or brown. The driver seat has a wear pattern right where you get in and out and the seats are split in some areas right at the seams. There are no major rips or tears and the carpet is in great shape as well. It will not take much to improve the cosmetics of the interior back to excellent condition.

I would also like to disclose that the Auto check report indicates 0 accidents but a Rollback which is an odometer discrepancy, hich means someone along the way made an error in recording the actual mileage. I have not owned the car long enough to know what exactly caused this, owever, can tell you that this vehicle has been well cared for along the way.

As stated above I was originally going to buy this car myself but took on too many projects at once and have to let it go due to time and space issues. I would love to see this classic go to a good home but This WOODY will be sold to the highest bidder. This will be a Wonderful, un and unique, echanically sound car for someone and will take very little time and money to FULLY restore this classic. Although right now It can be driven ANYWHERE exactly as it is with great style and comfort along the way.Of course this Woody is not perfect but VERY nice condition especially for it's age
