Vin #C3945315 Mileage-89319 Make- Chrysler Model- Convertible Ext color- Yellow Int color- Tan Engine Straight 8 Transmission- Semi-automatic Radio/Heater/spotlight/side mirror History: The car, ne of 3037 buil, eighed in at 4332 lbs, isted at $ 2998.00. It is estimated only 94 remain. Sold by Krebs Chrysler Plymouth in Michigan, ndiana in 1947.In 1951 a carnival worker traded the car to Livingood Chrysler Plymouth in Lincoln, ansasfor a 1949 Ford Convertible. It was sold to a local buyer who traded it back to the dealershipin 1953. Since the car needed some engine work at the time and the resale value was not great. It wasstored inside until 1966 when the dealership decided to restore it using all NOS mechanicalmoto, ransmission, rake and steering parts in the Parts Department. The car was becominga collectors item at the time.New top, pholstery and misc items were replaced. The car originally metallic green wasrepainted pale yellow as the wife suggested. Also front left fender was worked when it was repainted and thereis a slight small dent in drivers side door eaisly straightend. The carpet came from Tulsa.The wood, ll original and in excellent shape was re-varnished. The car has never seen rust and theglass excellent as is the chrome.The undercarrage and body mounts are excelent.
