Description of 1991 Chrysler Town & Country Maserati

1991 Chrysler TC Maserati Project or Parts
Car does run and drive, but needs work. Car does smoke from exhaust when running.
It does have the cloth convertible top, but it's not in good shape.
A/C not working.
The electrical system on the car has issues. Previous owner had attempted to figure out the electrical issues, but didn't have the knowledge or means. Odometer, Speedometer, Electric Seats, Radio, etc aren't working.
The ABS Pump and motor were replaced last year in September. The rebuilt ABS system cost $1,198(including core charge). Previous owner had the install done at Midas($828), but they didn't fix the electrical issue. Abs Pump still wasn't working due to an electrical issue. I took to a mechanic who was able to diagnose and fix this issue. Mechanic bled the system, but informed me that one of the rear calipers wasn't working.
Notes from Midas:
Needs ABS/Master Assembly (which was replaced)
A/C Condenser missing
Both front c/v axles bad
Leaks oil/trans fluid
Speedometer doesn't work
LF Brake line has slight seepage.
Car would make a great candidate for either being repaired or a donor car.
