| 1949 Chrysler Windsor 2dr "1st Series" Club CoupeWe started restoring this Chrysler about 10 years ago. Fully disassembled the car. had the frame and body Sand Blasted/Primed. Reinstalled the drivetrain and set the body on the frame. Bought new rubber for the car and interior. Some of the new parts were ruined by rain. Due to our health at that time restoration stopped. "Spitfire 6" engine will still start and run with gas & a battery. The trunk floor pan needs to be replaced. There is rust on the lower part of the trunk lid and body. Door jams/floor is in good shape. but with some pin holes. Most all the parts are in boxes inside the car. Comes with an extra 2 speed fluid drive transmission as well as many other parts! Hope someone can finish the restoration! This is a 1949 "1st Series" car. Chrysler carried over the 1948 model into 1949 until the new design became available. Clear Texas title to car. Sold as-is. no warranty/returns |
