Here there is a unique MOPAR car that shows the beautiful designs of the "Space Era" from Chrysler... A 1962 CHRYSLER NEWPORT SEDAN with only 60k miles, V8 strong engine and push button transmission! Original paint all around with a beautiful patina and just the right amount of surface rust (not holes)... I just polished and waxed the whole body and it looks amazing! Original upholstery, no rips, new black carpet and excellent roof liner... Everything works! (even the original AM Golden Tone Chrysler radio!). Almost new battery and brand new tires! I just rebuild the carburetor and did a flush of the radiator and the whole cooling system. The car runs amazingly and has plentyof power coming from that big block Chrysler smooth engine! This Newport body style was made only for a year, so it's a very desirable MOPAR! A perfect long and low cruiser! |
