Came about a decade ago from a dry desert area near Colorado. where they do not salt roads & solid classic car survivors can still be found. This low mileage Hemi New Yorker has been refreshed & customized with recent interior & paint. all original shiny chromes. great dash. etc. This car fires right up. drives and shifts nicely through all of the gears. It runs smooth and burns no oil or oil leaks. You can see the recent belts& upgrades. rebuilt Hemi with upgraded NEW HP Edelbrock carburetor & air cleaner (factory carb & air cleaner & parts included) along with electronic ignition. This New Yorker is factory loaded out with working full power front seat & rear ash tray lighter. map lights. working lights & working AM radio. all original shiny chrome & dash. All new high quality black cloth headliner. new custom interior (seats upholstery & door panels) all new quality loop black padded carpets & new back window pad. It sports wide white wall tires on original rims & car has been "professionally" lowered. Car is painted Satin “HOT ROD” Black with custom pinstripes. This is not yet a #1 show car. Chrysler christened this model year "PowerStyle" and it was one of the design works of Virgil Exner. The New Yorker gained a new mesh grille. AT pushbutton PowerFlite selector and a powerfull Hemi V8 with 280 hp. This was the first year for the New Yorker 4-door pillarless hardtop.
