Description of 1970 Triumph Other

This is a rust free CA vehicle. Floors. rockers. battery tray ect. are all the original panels. No rust through was found anywhere. Body was removed for paint. Frame painted chassis black. Bottom of tub sprayed with truck bedliner material. Polyester primer on body then single stage acrylic enamel (midnite blue) Interior: New h/liner Seats recovered with real leather. center console pieces and door cards are also leather. fiberglass tunnel cover. Sound deadener under new carpet Dash is figuered walnut veneer with oil pressure and ammeter gauges added. New gaskets on front & rear glass. All w/stripping has been replaced. All of the glass & chrome is original. most chrome is excellent. but some items are showing their age. (bumpers are straight and rust free but are a bit faded. Brake system flushed. Master cylinder rebuilt and new pads on front. new clutch master & slave rebuilt. new clutch & bearing. New batteryCarbs were removed & cleanedWipers. heater and horn all workRemote oil cooler mounted up in front of radiator with the adapter for using a spin on filter. Starts every time. Runs and drives as a car of this era should. Shifts through all 4 gears smoothly. Does not smoke or show any leaks underneath. All fluids changed recentlyEngine compression tested all cylinders within 5 of 150psi. All lights & gauges work as they shouldNew exhaust system from the manifold back. The front bumper was lowered to beneath the grille as the mk1. I think it looks better with the gille open. The only reason it was raised on the mk2 was to comply with US safety regulations. This is not a 100 point showcar nor am I trying to present it as such. I'm sure there will be things to sort out as the car is driven. Title is clear. Currently on CA non-op.
