Description of 1972 Datsun PL 620

It's a difficult moment, o think about selling this truck. It has been my dependable daily driver since I purchased it in 2011. My commute is going from 3 miles per day, p to 60 miles per day starting January 1st, o I need to move on to a more highway oriented vehicle.
I've always used 93 octane gas, nd generally go very easy on things; this is a 43 year old vehicle, fter all. I've never redlined the engine, nd my highway cruising speed is 70mph indicated (62mph actual) according to GPS. The truck pulls cleanly to 80 indicated, ut I RARELY see more than 75mph indicated, nless pulling around someone to pass.
Typical mileage is 24 mpg in mixed driving. Compression was 125psi per cylinder +/-5 when I checked the compression in march.
In June I installed a Weber 2bbl carburetor with manual choke. And the truck has had a chinese manufacture aluminum radiator since I purchased it (installed by the previous owner). To my knowledge, he entire rest of the vehicle is stock.
AC works, ut works only marginal at less than freeway speed. (I suspect a more modern ducted radiator fan causes the condensor to heat sink at low speeds.
I've had this truck over 4 years and it never left me stranded, nd has been unbelievably reliable. I know I will regret selling it, ut it is time to move on.
I"m hoping to find a buyer in the ratsun/datsun community that can take good care of it.
I've included photos of all areas of the truck that I think a buyer would want to be made aware of prior to purchase. The bodywork is not perfect, ut for a 43 year old vehicle, think it is quite well preserved.
No rust in the floorboards, o water leaks in the cabin
Heater hoses were disconnected and capped at the block due to an underdash leak found in August of 2011. I never bothered to re-connect the heater (needs the under dash hoses replaced) because a heater is rarely needed here in Central Texas. The only other feature that I know of that does not work, s the dash lights dimmer. The dashlights are at approximately 2/3rds of full brightness but the rheostat type switch is missing from the dash.
Tires are Primewell's made in 2011. I have put just under 30,000 miles on them but they still have good tread depth and the brake shoes are all in good shape too. (I replaced the fronts when I got the truck in July of 2011).
As seen in the photos, he mileage is 80,457. I believe this to be actual. The title and overall condition of the vehicle lead me to think that reading is accurate.
Thank you for viewing my page, nd taking the time to read this, lease let me know if you have any questions.
