About Delorean: The vision of former GM executive John Delorean, he DMC-12 was like nothing anyone had ever seen when it hit the road in 1981. Featuring gull-wing doors with a fiberglass "underbody", o which non-structural brushed stainless steel panels are affixed, he car became iconic for its appearance as a modified time machine in the Back to the Future film trilogy. Approximately9,000 DMC-12s were produced between 1981 and early 1983. About the car: I love that car and I drive it almost everyday. I sell it because I'm going to relocate soon and I can't bring the car with me. a rear-mounted V6, his specific car has a rare automatic transmission. This Delorean has just over38,715miles on the odometer! I acquired this car from a Dealer who bought it from a long term ownership from a private collector. Shortly before the collector sold it, he car received some interior restoration including new carpet and seat upholstery. The interior on this car is beautiful and looks nearly new! This Delorean has also received some freshening including four brand new tires, rand new brakes all the way around, ew alternator, efinished wheels, ew starter and a fresh tune up. The air conditioning was repaired, ssential for a Delorean! The radio is working great. Technical and Workshop manuals included. The body is in excellent condition and the car even still has the factory spare tire in the front, ery rare for these cars! Take a look at the pictures and you will realize this is among the best Deloreans on the market. This is a collectors item that will only go up in value! Turn heads like nothing else on the road. Minor items may be fixed, eplaced or adjusted: Trip odometer reset button (Part not yet installed but included), river side window has a thin scratch (but it does not affect visibility), ome interior scratches (driver backseat).
