Description of 1940 DeSoto 5 window custom coupe |
| just out of dry storage very solid and complete car except one taillight someone had repainted it along time ago there is a little mud on it but all steel underneath it great car to restore or street rod engine is free has overdrive option it did run when it was parked back in 1990 deck lid will need to be fixed no rust on it just needs a little tlc only rust spot on the car is passengers side trunk panel about 3 inches long easy patch the car is the custom coupe has chrome trim around windows and its a 2 seater and custom taillights very rare car hard to find have the rest of the trim floors are all solid still is a 6 volt system haven't tried starting it just rolled the motor over has clear title |
