Selling my 1969 Dodge Charger R/T that is in excellent condition and a true R/T.It was restored in its factory color combination of Y3 Cream and Black vinyl top and interior with bumble-bee stripe on rear.Originally a California charger (N97 code on buildsheet), t has the original #'s matching 440 Magnum engine and build sheet found with car. Is a factory 3 spd. column shift auto with 727 transmission from a 68' car that has been rebuilt and shiftsbeautifully which hooks up to the original rear-end, :23 open gears (perfect for cruising). Has power steering and power drum brakes. Restoration was done approx 10 years ago- paint, odywork, tc. is still first-rate. At that point (~89,000 miles), ar also had engine and trans taken apart and rebuilt. This Charger spent the majority of its life in California/Arizona.All panels are original except for trunk pan, rivers side floor pan and metal around rear window. The fenders, ood, oors, ockers, tc. are original. Entire dash cluster was rebuilt, LL gauges work, ncluding hood mounted turn signals. Glass and road wheels are original and date-coded, lso has locking gas cap as extra cost option. Radio appears as OEM but is actually AM/FM and sounds great. Only issues this car needs is factory A/C to be hooked up (all original components are present), e-finishing of trunk pan and weatherstripping on trunk/doors to be a perfect car- I will include brand new weather stripping for trunk and doors. Turns heads everywhere, sets of keys included each with locking gas cap key and Charger almanac. Must receive $500 deposit within 3 days of auction end.
