Description of 1991 Dodge Dakota sport

For Sale:
1991 Dodge Dakota Sport.
128,000 miles.
Engine 5.2L (318 ci)
Automatic
4wd
Standard cab.
Have too many vehicles and downsizing. Mostly selling this one because of passenger space. Not inspected.
Please read this whole ad. I've tried to list every possible defect that I can think of.
I'm unable to get outside and take pictures of the truck today, o I'm using pictures from the days when the truck was last driven daily.
***These pictures are two years old shortly before the truck failed inspection. The paint is dull and dirty now. It needs cleaned and waxed to possibly look like this again. The truck does have a new scrape on the passenger side bed rear, ot very deep, pprox. 2ft long. The rear bumper is actually bent more than it appears in the picture. The tailgate looks more dull and faded than it appears in the picture. Some red paint has been used to touch up imperfections in the past.
Pros:
Low miles.
Very solid truck. Very solid frame.
Very little rust (small amount on doors.)
Strong engine. Good Transmission. Good 4wd.
Bed liner, ff Road lighting, rofessionally welded, eavy duty, itch receiver.
Sun roof.
Needs:
--Inspection. Failed inspection because of bad rubber bushings and a frozen caliper. Caliper has been replaced - I never got around to the bushings.
--Battery
--Front sway bar bushings. $10.00 - $15.00 on-line.
--Tires all the way around.
--Might need new starter switch. Was working on this - currently does start from relay. Have switch column exposed and bought special tools to take out switch and never got around to fixing it. Switch doesn't seem to turn the last 1/4 inch. I may (or may not) have this repaired by the time the truck sells.
--One off road lamp is broken from mount. Needs reattached.
--Smokes at startup.
--Interior is a mix of good and bad. Worn drivers seat- Some white excess cleaning material (soap?) on carpets and seats from the previous owners cleaning. Door panels and dash look to be in very good condition. Steering column plastic is currently off to repair ignition switch.
This truck had stripped caliper pins on passenger side which I replaced with over sized pins when I replaced the caliper. This is a problem with Dodge products and apparently is a fairly common repair since many of these pins are sold on-line.
Bad bushings make the truck wander on the road. (Need replaced)
Idle speed runs high on occasion.
Worn, eat up drivers seat. Tailgate paint faded and touched up. Rear bumper bent.
I have too much going on and have no time to work on so many vehicles. I've decided to downsize and sell vehicles (below cost) at the point where I've stopped working on them.
This particular vehicle should be able to be driven home. It's been sitting for two years (with periodic startups and short drives up and down the driveway) so I can't make any guarantees. Tires have good tread, ut are weather cracked so I wouldn't drive very fast, r very far, ithout better tires. Truck now has 2 rims off of a '97 Dodge Dakota.
This truck should be towed or trailered to be safe.
####Repeat - Pictures were taken two years ago when I parked it. Will need cleaned up and waxed to possibly look like this again.#####
