This could possibly be the most rare Dart and flawless canvas of a project car. You do not see very many 2 door Darts out their. I bought the car complete. It was in storage since 1970. Had a 413 with staggered quads on it and the body and frame are rustless with no dents or dings. I stripped it down to bare metal, removed all the interior and was ready to make it into a retro rod. Unfortunately, funds have run out and I need to sell it. It will take minimal work to paint. The front and rear seats are already redone on a two tone black and gray leather (a $3000 job). I have the dash and all the trim that has beenpowder coated satin black. It just needs someone to finish this rare beautiful car. I have hundreds of pictures of the process as we took it down to the metal and pictures of what the car looked like before I started. I truly believe, with the correct job on this car, you are looking at a $100K+ car. Please call me with any question. As far as the VIN tags, there is no VIN tag in the engine compartment. There was a questionable VIN tag in the drivers door. I believe this car would have to be reVIN'd which is something I was told is possible. If you are looking for the lost Max Wedge Dart, this is not it. It is just a flawless body withzero rust and was nearly ready to paint.
This car comes with now motor ortransmission. I have the 413 block, crank, heads, intake and exhaust manifolds that I am selling separately.
