Description of 1964 Dodge Other 2 Dr HT

Hello All........

1964 Dodge 880 Custom Coupe, 2 Owner(owned for 12 years by us), 81K original mile's, original California car, straight, never any rust or rot, andSolid everything!!!! Factory loaded... Power Steering, Brake's, Window's, Seat, etc. The car also has A/C (need's a charge and dash button stuck). It has a nice new Stereo mounted in glove box.

We have owned this car for many year's however barely drove it. The Dodge has always been garaged, never any rain or snow. The paint is original although hasbeen re-sprayed in some area's due to fading/dull. It has never been crashed and retains all original sheet medal.

The car has it's factory 383 V8 that has been completely rebuilt as well as the original 727 push button Transmission(5,000 mile's for both). The brake's, Tire's, Belt's, Hoses, Flowmaster Exhaust, Motor and Tranny Mount's, Master Cylinder, Radiator, etc is all brand new whenthe drivetrain was restored.

The thing's that could use attention.... Headliner needs replacement, the original front suspension should be treated to bushing's, ball joint's and tie rod end's(completely drivable and safe as is), carpet, and A/C dash button or cable stuck. None of these thing's prevent the car from driving anywhere you would like to go. I have driven this car to Cruisin Ocean City(Maryland) andCarlisle twice(4 hour's each way plus cruising all over).

Ok... This car is Not a show car! It is a very nice, clean, anddriving 53 year old original Dodge. Run's cool, no overheating.Does well at Cruise's and Show's however just driving it around is a lot of fun.I encourage the potential Buyer to come inspect this car prior to auction's end. Buyer is responsible for shipping and costhowever I will assist in anyway possible.

Thank you for reading the ad!
