1971 Dodge Dart GT68K MilesFrame Off RestorationThis 1971 Dart GT is a showroom condition Collector Quality vehicle. Full Restoration in 2004 that has seen only a few miles since rebuild. 68K Original miles. Automatic Transmission. 318 V8 engine. All original colors were preserved and only a few tasteful liberties were taken during the resto. Very few Dart GT 's were produced in 1971. In fact. it was a customer ordered option only. The GT package was mainly an aesthetic trim package with the 318 V8. but. because very few were ordered. it makes it very rare to find them. This car has the proper fender tag to prove it is a GT car. As well. this is a numbers matching vehicle. We have the original build sheet and all original paperwork to support everything we list here. This is a vehicle that will only go up in value during the years to follow. Condition: This vehicle is a show winner at many of my local car shows. She gets attention everywhere and has been photo'd more times than I can count. Very clean lines and paint. Straight as an arrow. The paint was professionally done and looks amazing. Complete new interior. New tires and Craigar Wheels. Painted in Hemi-Orange poly. Poly meaning flake/pearl. The paint code. trim codes and color combinations all match the build sheet. This was one of only a few ever built with this color combination: Hemi orange paint / Black vinyl top / White vinyl interior / black lower trim paint. Options: This car has Factory AC that works perfectly and blows ice cold. Factory rear defrost (which was rare). Column shift. AM radio (does not work). Cruise control was added. fender turn signals. bucket seats. Extras: We have most of the original parts that were removed from this car for the restoration. All aluminum trim. RIM-blow steering wheel (still good shape). bumpers. original 318 intake and carb and torque convertor. valve covers. air filter. too much to list!
