Description for Dodge Coronet 1969

Up for bid is a real 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T 440 Magnum V8 with 727 automatic transmission 8-3/4 rearend R6 Red with Black vinyl top, interior and R/T stripe.Fender tag is intact and matches VIN and all body numbers. This one came with Floor Console,Bucket seats(with headrests, mid year option) and factory Tach located inside the 150 MPH speedometer cluster which is all still intact. The car will need a total restoration, but what a cool car to do,only 4810 automatics were produced. The rear quarter panels will need to be replaced, the hood, trunklid, doors and fenders are decent and may be useable with some work. The R/T also came factory with wheel lip mouldings. The 440(cast crank) and 727 are not original to the car. However the engine is not stuck. It has a 8-3/4 rearend, gears unknown. It will need floor pans and trunkpans,With that said, the front frame rails and torsion bar/crossmember frame rails are all VERY SOLID and the rears are SOLID also, with the exception of about 20 inches on the left rear rail, open up the AMD catalog almost every sheet metal panel needed is now reproduced. All glass and trim are intact. The interior had been redone at some point,it will need a kit from Legendary, but the buckets, console, floor shifter, rear seats are all there. All in all a very cool, mostly complete real red Coronet R/T that is hard to find not totally picked apart.I am selling this for a friend, more pictures are available,he can be reached at ckfrontengine@yahoo.com or 314 578-7866.Clear Missouri title. Please ask any and all questions before bidding.Buyer is responsible for arrangement and payment of shipping costs.$500 dollar deposit is required within 48 hours of auctions end and payment in full can be discussed with my friend(contact info above).NO RESERVE!
