Description of 1989 Dodge Daytona

Car has been sitting for about 12 years in the garage.Bad things (that I know about): Needs fuel pump and tank straps, right fender.
Good things: Valve job performed by local Dodge dealer in 2004, transmission was rebuilt by local independent shop. Upholstery is in great shape.
Everything else was operational when put in garage.
Stereo with new speakers, amp, and 12" boomers.
