Description of 1974 Dodge Charger SE Brougham

Dodge Charger project for sale.
Registered in CA as non-operational since I got it years ago. I'm lacking funds/time to take on this project, and do not see myself getting to it anytime in the near future. Hoping it can go to a good home rather than it sitting and further rusting away.
Roughly 45k miles on the odometer. Rust in all the usual places, wheel wells, lower fenders, lower doors, trunk lid, floor pans, trunk floor, rocker panels, etc. Was a sunroof car, however all the linkage is missing and the roof is rusted all around the sunroof. Requires full restoration, and is almost completely torn down.
Car was originally brown, currently has a poor epoxy primer coat on majority of the body to prevent futher rusting.
Car originally had AC, power windows, power locks, cruise control, rallye gauges, 400 ci big block, 727 trans, 8 3/4 diff with 2.71 gear ratio open carrier, magnum 500 steel wheels, 3/4 vinyl top. Car has factory flat hood, but I also have an original steel Power Bulge hood that can be included in this purchase, depending on selling price. I will not sell the Power Bulge hood by itself unless the car has been sold without it. I not part this out, it's all or none and will be sold as-is, where-is, local pick-up only.
Everything is here, except for the following:
some of the wiring harness (overheating issues)
sunroof linkage
dual snorkel
stock heads
carpet/padding and headliner
most of the glass shattered
factory exhaust completely rusted away
vinyl top material
