Description of 1992 Dodge Ram 2500 LE |
| This is my classic 1992 Dodge Cummins turbo diesel. I just finished giving the truck a fresh paint job last week. with lots and lot of time devoted into sanding. prepping. and preparing all surfaces. All moldings. mirrors. windsheild. backglass. bumpers. etc. etc. were all removed prior to painting. Then three layers of PPG Deltron Base Coat and three layers of clear coat. I also painted the grill white. but I have the original chrome grill that will come with truck too. The truck is incredibly solid. and there is not a bit of rust anywhere. Under the hood it is completely stock. and really clean at that. Recently(last 2. 00 miles). the power steering pump. the starter. nbsp;INJECTION PUMP and the TRANSMISSION/Clutch have been rebuilt or replaced with new. This truck also has air bags in the back. and a gooseneck hitch. I also have a plastic bed liner that will come with it. The truck does not have a leak in any form. Everything the truck is supposed to do. it does well. The power windows and door locks work perfectly. The interior is literally like brand new. except for the carpet. The seats. the headliner. the door panels. and the dash all look and smell like brand new. The interior. as you can see in the pictures. is the very desirable bucket seats. in the blue/gray color. The white paint and blue interior really look good together. The truck consistently gets 20-18 miles to the gallon. almost all city/county road driving. If you like how this truck looks. you can be positive that with care it will look this good for the next 23 years. You will have difficulty finding a cleaner first gen!
