| 1973 Dodge Charger (3rd generation). The interior was professionally restored in April 2010 to the tune of $4. 00. 00 with receipts. The interior boasts a Grant wood grain steering wheel (remove to original). reclining Procar Rally Series bucket front seats in black vinyl. new carpet and sills. and new upholstery on the back seat to match front buckets. The original instrument cluster has been replaced with a wood rallye cluster. After market air conditioning has been installed and will keep you cool. A Hurst pistol grip shifter was installed and most of the wiring has been replaced with new wiring harnesses. This 1973 has been modified slightly from its original build. It has been repainted a dark "Gun Metal" Gray and the paint is in decent everyday driver condition. No bondo or body filler was used in the repaint. With its aggressive stance and wide rear tires. it will definitely intimidate those with lesser equipped cars. This car is now equipped with a 440 V8. topped off with an Edelbrock Torker II 440 intake. an Edelbrock carb (The one that was installed could not be rebuilt--so new one was installed). . Year One True Dual Exhaust. large capacity aluminum radiator with electric fan (this draws a ton of amperage!). MSD 6A Ignition. MSD Pro Billet distributor 8546 (Cannot use ECU with the dizzy). MSD Streetfire wires. Mallory coil. I have enjoyed having this car for the past several years. unfortunately don't have the time or space for it anymore. It still starts and runs fine but there are a few issues: The MSD is failing. It produces a 'whining' sound when running. A replacement MSD Ignition 6425 is included it just needs to be installed. The radiator fan does not kick in at the proper temperature. Should be an easy fix of replacing the temperature sensor or tightening up some wires (the fan is only 2 wires).
