1969 Amante GT This car has a total 70’s Le Mans look. A unique kit car based on VW Type 3. my research found that there were 150 of these cars built by Hebina Plastics/Voegele Industries in Santa Clara California. It is a very well designed and built kit car. The car has integral roll bar. and steel reinforced doors. As well as bonded inner panels. The windows and door handles are from the Rambler Marlin. adding to the rarity of the car. Porsche seats. dual carbs. hideaway head lights. fast back roof. and 4 speed transaxle add to the racy feel. The car is complete aside from inner door panels. All the glass is there and intact. no cracks or chips. Body is in good shape. with some minor stress cracks. aside from one place on the driver’s side roof where a tree limb landed. This is a cool example of a 70’s era affordable sports car. This car is not running or driving. The buyer is responsible for the cost of transporting the car. The car is complete and in need of a total restoration.
