Description of 1967 Fiat 850 Spider

Up for your consideration is a body/chassis of a 1967 Fiat 850 Spider. Is missing many items: engine, transaxle, lights, seats, top, etc., but has incredibly good exterior body panels. Especially good for restoration or as a donor for other early Fiat 850 "slant headlight" models or maybe as a shell that can be used like a kit car to make something one-off (like with a VW, Corvair, Honda, or motorcycle engine - some drag racers have actually done this). How about converting it to front engine/ rear wheel drive just for laughs? The Bertone styled body is a classic design and this shell can be your ticket to a really cool, highly-modified, special one-off car, or Rat Rod. Hood and engine cover are not pictured, but are included. This car is worth the price just for the patch panels that it can provide for other restorations. This is the RARE slant-headlight version of the 850 Spider available only in 1967-68. Purchasing Details: Purchaser must send a $400 deposit via PayPal at close of auction and the balance will be due before or at time car is picked up, which must be within 30 days. Purchaser must arrange for shipping if within the US, and exportation transport and documents.
