Description of 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe

1966 Ford Mustang Coupe

You are bidding on a nicely restored 66 Mustang Coupe that is turnkey ready to go to shows and weekend cruising. I am selling the car for friends of mine who need a new tour vehicle for their band and need to sell off a couple of the toys to do so. They bought this car about a year ago from the person who restored it. It is really clean and one of the better Mustangs I've seen out there. If you have been looking for a nice classic Mustang that is ready to drive the day you buy it, his is the one for you and your family!

The body is in very nice condition. The underside is super solid. The frame rails, orque boxes, loors etc are all clean. The fenders, uarters, ockers, ood and trunk lid are also in really nice shape. It's as nice in person as it looks in these pictures, f not better. The Wimbledon White paint is smooth with a nice shine to it. The weather seals were replaced when it was restored. Also the passenger vent window is new and the window regulators on both doors were replaced. The chrome looks to have been replaced when restored and bright trim is in really nice shape as well.

The aqua interior was restored. The carpet, oor panels, ash pad, nd headliner are in very nice shape. The driver's seat has a seam opening on the corner of the seat bottom and the passenger seat just needs a restitch on the top of the corner. Any upholstery repair shop can do this with ease. You can see these in the pictures. It has the factory AM radio and it works. Also the wipers, nterior lights, orn, lower motor for the heater, urn signals, eadlights, ail lights, tc all work as well. This car is meant to be driven.

Mechanically this Mustang is as sound as it looks. The 200 straight 6-cyl runs real well. It has had a recent tune up. The tires are new. The exhaust was replaced recently. There is a new control arm on the driver's side. As you know most of these Mustang sag in the rear, ut this one has the correct ride height and stance. This sits right! It features power steering that makes this a real easy car to cruise. The manual brakes stop well. It runs and drives well and is something you can use daily if you want. Plus this car passed state inspection! All you need to do is turn the key and drive.

Overall you are buying a really nice restored Mustang that doesn't need anything for you to start using it the day to pick it up. The body and paint are very nice, he interior is in good shape with just two minor issues, nd it runs and drives well. This is the car you have been waiting for. Do miss it.
