1969 Mustang Fastback RestoMod Total Restoration

This beautiful 1969 Mustang Fastback (Sportsroof) has just undergone a complete restoration and modification, own to every nut and bolt. As you can see it was built as a Mach 1 tribute with all markings and a new deluxe interior. It has all new steel throughout,modern suspension, wheelpower disc brakes, ower rack & pinion steering, ew Air Conditioning, ll new Dakota digital instruments, nd new interior. All details are listed below. This isa "new" 1969 mustang, iss it here and you may not get another chance as it will go to an auction. This car has just been finished in July 2015 and has about 25 miles on it after the engine break in. I have a complete build book showing progress from beginning to end, lso all receipts and spare parts lists for maintenance. This car is ready for weekend cruising, ar shows, nd an occasional day at the track. It has all the classic muscle car looks and sound without any of the handling, raking or reliability issues that the original ones had (I know because I have had many Mustangs back in the day) I am selling because I want to buy and build a factory five cobra. SUSPENSION; Total Cost Involved - new Independent front suspension and rear 4 link system with Ridetech coil overs on all 4 corners. Power rack & pinion steering, ith new IDIDIT Tilt steering column.

BRAKES; New Wilwood drilled & Slotted rotors with 4 piston Red Calipers on all 4 wheels, ew Wilwood master cylinder with new vacuum power booster, ll new steel brake lines throughout. New Lokar emergency brake cables secured for both rear wheels. New vacuum pump for brake booster.

ENGINE; Original 351W engine block, troked to 408 cubic inches, ith new Eagle stroker kit, ahl pistons 0.040" over, ull hydraulic roller Compcams high performance camshaft. High flow Aluminum heads with Edelbrock performer aluminum intake manifold, ew Quickfuel 650cfm Carburetor, ertronix Flamethrower III distributor and ignition system. Polished Zoops Serpentine Belt system with new AC, S, lternator and Waterpump, ew Doug's ceramic coated headers coupled to Magnaflow 3" diameter dual exhaust. New Powermaster Master Torque Starter. New Aluminum 3 pass radiator, ith dual electric fans and Flex-a-lite electronic controller, ll new coolant hoses. Fuel delivery with new Mallory electronic fuel pump, ll new steel fuel lines and new fuel tank, ncludes inertia fuel switch to cut off fuel in an accident.

DRIVETRAIN: New Tremec TKO 600 5 speed manual Transmission, luminum bellhousing, evlar clutch pressure plate and flywheel from Modern Driveline. New Aluminum driveshaft with 1330 U-Joints from Shaftmasters. New 3.50 Positraction third member from Speedway motors (with Currie Posi unit) New rear axles Ford large bearing 31 spline axles with new FORD 9" rear axle housing.

WHEELS; New American Racing A105 Black spoked aluminum 17" wheels with Yokohama tires, ll Lug nuts are Gorilla theft proof. New Yokohama Tires.

ELECTRONICS; All new American Autowire wiring harness, ll lights are new, ome are LED, new fuses relays and connections, ll new electronic Dakota Digital gauges and clock, ew Custom Autosound Stereo with IPOD, lashdrive, nd CD ready,comes with Bluetooth installed. Theft deterrent systems,battery disconnect and fuel pump relay disconnect switch. New Vintage Air - air conditioning system all electronic controlsdash, lows ice cold air in 90+F heat.

INTERIOR; New seats - front and rear, ew ACC carpeting with sound and heat shielding. floor and firewall were covered in aluminum backed sound deadening material. New interior quarter panels, ew Door panels, ll new weather stripping throughout car, ew Door sills, ll new headliner, ew sail panels, ew dashpad, ew A-pillars, ew sun visors, ew rear Fold Downseat and new rear trap door. New wipers, iper motor, nfinitely adjustable wiper switch, ll new Seat belts throughout. Original Steering wheel and center console were refurbished. All new interior fasteners from AMK. New windshield and rearview mirror

BODY; All new steel, rame rails strengthened on interior, ub frame connectors fabricated from 3/16" thick wall, igh strength steel rectangular tube, ew front Torque Boxes, ew floor supports, ew floors. There is no rust in this car anywhere, he build book will show the detail and level of attention this went through during the restoration. The result is a body that isstronger than original.New Roof skin, ew Doors, ew Quarter panels, ew hood, ew front fenders. Allchrome trim is new, ew bumpers and all new body fasteners from AMK. All new cross members for engine, ransmission, nd suspension mounts, ll 4 wheels have been aligned and ride height adjusted. Suspension is fully adjustable and can be raised/lowered to suit.
