Description of 1956 Ford Thunderbird

This 1956 Ford Thunderbird hard/soft top convertible is a CLASSIC sports car!
Tires, heels and finish on this vehicle are exceptional, ure to please the most discerning buyer.I'm only selling it because I recently downsized and have no place to store it in the new home. Always stored indoors. The T-Bird is located in Kokomo, N and is available for inspection prior to the auction close. A true classic and exceptional example of American engineering. It has 74,036 miles on it (subject to increase slightly as it is driven). I have owned the car for 25 years and have always taken great care of it and it has never been driven hard in my ownership.

The car has a strong running 292 cubic inch motor with a 4 barrel and starts first turn of the key. The car does smoke on start up but goes away quickly. Power windows work along interior lights! Original Fiesta Red. All of the chrome and trim is original. The spare tire is old but the correct size. The body is rust free and very straight. The Fiesta Red paint is in very nice condition having normal minor blemishes from being driven. The chrome and trim are in very good condition. The interior NEW with upgraded optional floor mat. All gauges and lights work as they should. No detail has been overlooked, orrectly stamped glass, riginal clock, adio and Wonderbar, ll non-functioning This T-Bird options: - Original Fiesta Red and White interior - Ford-o-matic Automatic transmission - Power steering and brakes - Continental kit - Town and Country radio - Soft convertible top - Wide Whitewall tires - Fender skirts - Heater and defroster - Windshield washer.
