Description of 1968 Ford Thunderbird Landau

1968 Ford Thunderbird Landau fully loaded suicide door with 429 Thunderjet. Only 4,600 were produced and very few remain. You will not find this car all original with bucket seats for anywhere near this price!

This car gets an amazing amount of attention at shows and when driven. Everyone loves looking at it because they've never seen it. People take pictures everywhere you go, nd we get endless thumbs up on the road!

I will consider a serious cash offer.

- Factory air (not charged)- Power windows- Power locks (vacuum)- Power seat- 429 Thunderjet 7.0- Power antenna- Power steering- Rear privacy screen- Suicide doors- Flip up headlights- Original receipt from dealer- Original manual and warranty book

Average book value is $16,700. This is considering that it has bench seats (which 17k produced had). This one has the rare factory power buckets (only 4,600 total produced).

The story:We purchased this car after finding it in storage. The plates and emissions sticker on it were from 1993. We trailered it home and did all the necessary work to safely get it back on the road. All the new parts are listed below.

Car is all original in exception to the 18" wheels (original wheels and hubcaps are included). This includes original paint, inyl top, eats in perfect original condition, otor, rans, arpet, tc.

New Parts:- Rebuilt carburetor- True dual Flowmaster exhaust- High performance electric fuel pump- Rear air shocks- Front shocks- Oil pressure sending unit- Temperature sending unit- 18" wheels and tires- Plug wires- Spark plugs

- Original wheels and hub caps included

Car has a slight hesitation when cold that goes away once warm. I believe it is the vacuum choke. Runs and drives great.
