1966 Ford Mustang Hot Rod
- Fresh Rebuilt 289 (less than 2000 mi.) Lopey Cam, quiet" gear timing, olley, ldebrock, ruely Fast & Loud, ew Flowmasters and Exhaust. Have receipts.
- Fresh rebuilt T5 World Class 5 Speed. New clutch. You really only need the lower 3 gears around town with the current rear end*...the top two are highway usable...great MPG!
- New Gas Tank and sending unit. Needs new wires to dash for Gas Gauge.
- Interior is very nice. No cracks splits or rips. Look at the Dash and Door Panels!! Carpet is not as nice as the rest of the interior, ut OK.
- Tires like new. Racing alloys, kinny front / wide rear.
- After Market Radio works, ut who can hear it?? This Stang Rumbles!
- Front Disk Conversion (Granada)
- Granada Rearend, .75 Gears* (Needs lower ratio) Have an 8.8 Explorer Posi 3.75 to modify and install...you can have if you pick up with car. (Will not ship)
- Manual Brakes and Steering. Speedo works, ll lights work.
- Drives great, ounds incredible, un Car
- The body is straight. Only light surface rust that I can see!! Look at Door Bottoms. Paint Ok, ooks wonderful from a distance, ut has imperfections, ee next bullet.
- Buyer Alerts: Has some scuffs and scratches on hood, ondo cracks on drivers rear fender wheel lip, small panel missing in floor pan under drivers seat?, nbsp;inner rear passenger fender missing a small section of its backside, he trunk floor behind the rear seat is pushed up a little. The brakes could use another bleeding (still a little mushy) but work well. Have new Heater Core to install (heater disabled currently). Have new seat belts to install.
This may be the best Classic Mustang value on Ebay if you are looking for a weekend cruiser or a starter car for a show build. I think its too radical of an engine/exhuast for a daily driver, t hurts my ears after 30 mins, ut hey, 'm an old guy. The first car I ever drove looked just like this. I bought it to relive my youth, ut I guess I need a cushier version, aybe a fastback with a milder engine/exhaust. Don't get me wrong, feel like a kid driving it, ut my wife thinks I just want to attract young and wild girls with this beast. So buy this radical rod so I can start looking "mature" again!
