Description of 1972 Ford Model T

Selling a really neat 1923 Ford T-bucket that was built between 1968 and 1971. This is the real deal with all vintage parts. I know the story on this car since it was new. It was built by a local street rod builder starting in '68. Was later sold to a collector in Arkansas. In 2008 the builders son tracked the car down and bought it. It was refreshed at that time. I bought it from the builders son. High quality build. Aircraft quality bolts/fasteners. Vintage Ansen Sprint wheels. MANY hours of polishing on this one. The Ansens were polished on the inside where the sand casting originally was!. Fully polished transmission housing. polished steering box. Brass radiator from late sixties. Airheart brakes. 70's Indy Firestone racing tires on rear. New Coker Firestone vintage look tires on front. Underside is full of chrome and polished aluminum. Fiberglass body from the day with passenger door. Stewart Warner vintage green line gauges. I also have matching Stewart Warner green line tachometer that will go with it. Drivetrain is from a '64 Impala. 327 Chevy V8 that is balanced and blueprinted. Dual quad carbs. Electronic ignition. Powerglide transmission. Car was finished in late '71 and won second place at World of Wheels in '72. I also have an original Street Rodder magazine that the car was featured in June of '73!. This is not some cobbled together junk. It is a vintage quality build. It is 40+ years old and has imperfections as one would expect. Chips/scratches. pits in some chrome mainly on front axle. If you don't know what a hot rod is come look BEFORE you click it. Car runs strong!. Drives and stops great!. Car was built correctly. I have clean and clear title for it. Shows as a special construction 1972. HATE to see this car go. I am really on the fence whether to let it go. If your reading this then it's available. I have it advertised elsewhere and reserve the right to end listing anytime. Thanks-AJ
