Description of 1933 Ford Other STREET ROD

Stunning Custom 1933 Ford Coupe This awesome 1933 Ford Coupe was built owned and shown by Fred Warren who also built the Riddler Award winning 37 Aero Coupe and two AMBR winners. the Smoothster and Shockwave. You can see touches of all of these cars in this truly remarkable 1933 Ford Coupe. Every nut and bolt was handcrafted for this truly amazing ride! This 33’ Ford was massaged by some of the best in the business and it shows throughout! The frame was custom built. stretched 5” and pinched to sit under the front clip shaped by famed metal shaper Craig Naff. The body itself is by Downs but was extensively modified with a 3” angled channel and shortened and rolled rear pan that along with the stretch and pinch give this 33’ a stunning rake and sleek profile. The workmanship on this car is amazing! If you look closely through the pictures you can see that even the bolts were machined to lessen the height of the profile and each has a mild conical shape on top. The front end rides on a rear steer Fiat-styled custom front end with Aldan coil overs and JFZ drilled rotors. The Corvette-styled independent rear end with Winters style center section features all of the chrome and billet that you would expect from a Fred Warren build. The inboard brakes are JFZ drilled rotors and it too rides on Aldan coil overs. The wheels are Boyd. The engine is a 383 Chevy topped with a Street & Performance TPI fuel injection backed by a 400 Turbo transmission with a 3000 stall speed converter and connected to the rear with a chrome driveshaft. The underside is kept simple and clean as you would expect. No unnecessary bolts. wires or lines. The incredibly cut but strikingly simple cream leather interior is by Larry Snead. one of the best. if not the best in the business. The dash is super clean with controls hidden in keeping with the ultra-custom look of this amazing street rod. It has a new sound system. Sirius XM capable and a port for an I-Pod. etc. The purple and teal paint with hand laid pin striping accentuates the stunning body lines and rake of this super sleek street rod. There was absolutely no cheating on this one. The graphics run into the door jambs. continue on the inside of the hood panels go in and out of the steering mounts and under the grill pan. This is a beautiful and historic work of "rolling art" from top to bottom that will make you (and others) smile! Whether you just want to own a piece of street rodding history done by one the best in the business or just a super sleek street rod to wow everyone on the road or at your local cruise-in. this is your chance to own a stunningly sleek and superbly built street rod built by the very best in the custom car business. The amazing and historic street rod is priced to sell with a low reserve. It is titled as a 1933 Ford in Pennsylvania This car is also for sale locally.
