Description of 1970 Ford Torino Cobra

I have my 1970 Ford Torino Cobra J code up for auction. It has original 429 Cobra Jet engine. I believe transmission to be original. The original rear end isn't in the Torino, ut I do have it and goes with the Cobra. The tires are almost new. I don't think I have put 700 miles on them. The brakes were all replaced in 2012.

I had the engine completely rebuilt in 2013 and runs great! All parts on the engine are correct for Cobra Jet (heads, ntake manifold, xhaust manifolds, nd Rochester Quadrajet carb). I did put a new starter on engine when I had it rebuilt. The new starters produce more torque to turn over the big engine. It has Flowmaster dual exhaust and it sounds great!

Body condition of the Torino is fair.I think I took enough pictures to show everything. It's originally from Massachusetts. I bought it from original owner in spring '11.

Reason for selling is I don't have enough time available to drive it very much.

$500 non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours through PayPal. Balance is to be paid in full within 7 business days wire transfer certified funds or cash (NOT PayPal). After I receive funds via wire transfer, here will be 7 business days until Torino will leave myhands. The buyer is responsible for alltaxes, ees, nd transportationshipping costs. These are not included within the sale price.

The past couple of years, 've taken care a lot of mechanical repairs. It runs great and very dependable. I also have a lot of paperwork that goes w/ the Torino.

Any questions, lease ask!

I had someone ask about the original rear end to the car. I added a picture of it so you know what exactly goes w/ Torino.

I had someone ask me about title/registration. New York State didn't start using titles until either 1973 or 1974. Therefore, have NYS registration. No title! If Torino meets reserve, hat's how onwership is transferred with classic cars in NYS. Check w/ your Motor Vehicle department in your state to find out what forms are needed before bidding!!!
