Description of 1935 Ford Other Phaeton

1935 Ford Phaeton. This is a fantastic example that has benefitted from a comprehensive restoration some years ago and has logged 1107 miles since. Accessories include a set of fog lights. dual chrome horns. locking gas cap and metal spare tire cover. These Phaetons have great proportions and this car exemplifies 1930s motoring. The car is powered by the proper 221ci. 21 stud. flathead V8. It starts instantly and runs great. All of the instruments work properly with the exception of the Hydrostatic gas gauge. The leather interior is in exceptional condition. The body is solid. straight and the panels and door fit extremely well. The dark blue paint is beautiful and is accented by a res pinstripe that matches the res wire wheels. The tires are Firestone dual wide white wall with the pie crust edge and are in excellent condition. The convertible canvas top fits great but shows some faint isolated stains. There are a few minor paint chips on the door edges. one larger chip on the rear of the car that has been touched up and a scratch on the spare tire cover. This car also has a complete set of side curtains in excellent condition. Overall this is an amazing example of a rare and desirable classic that is ready to drive. show and enjoy.
