Up for sale we have a 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe. This is a C code car. It features the 289 V8 with a killer pro touring look. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and drivetrain of the Ford, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Mustang. The body has straight panels that are covered in the slick black paint. The paint has a deep shine that is slick to the touch with the jams and trunk looking good as well. When this car was repainted they installed a new black vinyl top. Also it has had the bumpers replaced along with some of the other chrome. The window trim and glass all looks good. You'll notice that the door and trunk weather stripping has been replaced. The final exterior touch is the set of 18" and 20" American Racing Wheels with new tires.
Next, we will take a look at the interior of the Coupe. On the inside it's all done in black. The seats and carpet show some age, but are very good for a car of this age. It has the factory bucket seats with the floor shift. Looking at the dash its stock appearing with the correct instruments. As a whole the interior is nice for a driver.
Finally, we will take a look at the drivetrain of the Ford. Under the hood it's powered by the 289 V8 that's dressed with aluminum valve covers and breather. The engine is painted Ford Blue with Black inner fenders. The trans is a 3 Speed mated to an 8" rear end. This Mustang comes with 4 Wheel drum Brakes and Standard Steering. The exhaust was upgraded to duals. When you look under this '67 the floors are clean with the suspension having stock leaf in the rear and coil in the front.
