The SKI COUNTRY SPECIAL was a special package that was only offered by Denver Sales District Ford dealers in the winter of '67. There were a confirmed 198 Ski Country Special cars produced and only a handful remain registered on the road today. If you are you looking for something unlike anything else, a "one of a kind" then this super rare '67 Mustang is what you are looking for. It runs and drives beautifully, I also have tons of original paperwork, the original ski flag and emblem (both of which you can't find with this car and in good condition) and the cars Marti report. The racing stripes, carb (which is a '72), dual exhaust, and custom rims are all aftermarket. The 289 ci V8 engine was rebuilt at 100k with all original parts (except the carb) and it has 48,328k miles. The 1967 Ski Country Special hardtop featured ski rack, snow tires, equalock rear axle and a Ski Country Special hood medallion. Paint colors were unique and named after local ski resorts, this car is Aspen Red and the ONLY 67' Mustang Ski Country Special that was made with matching Black Decor Bucket Seats, THIS CAR IS ONE OF A KIND!
