Texas Classic Cars Of Dallas is proud to showcase this fine example of aReal 1965 Rangoon Red Mustang Convertible.This Mustang comes with black GT rocker panel stripes, GT fender emblems, torque thrust wheels, black vinyl power convertible top, black with black bucket seats, grill mounted fog lamps, and a healthy running 289ci V8 engine.This is not a true GT but is a great driverand a nice show piece as well.The interior decor group consisted of: A five dial instrument cluster with full instrumentation,trimmed pedals, walnut looking deluxe steering wheel, vinyl covered quarter trim panels, courtesy lights in doors, molded door panels,standard glove compartment door, powered front disc brakes, grille mounted fog lights, with grill bar, GT gas cap, 195.75r14 tires,GT rocker paint stripes, GT side emblems, special exhaust trumpets protruding through the rear valance,Special handling components, Standard 5 gauge instrument cluster.All GTs were equipped with the special handling package which consisted of Stiffer Springs, Heavy Duty Shocks, 13/16" Front Sway Bar, Quick Ratio Steering Box (Code: HCC-AX for Manual Steering and HCC-AW for Power Steering)The special handling package consisted of; Increased rate front and rear springs,Heavy duty shock absorbers, 22 to 1 steering ratio and larger diameter front stabilizer bars.
This car has many of the GT items but not all.Engine compartment is extremely clean and detailed.The interior received the standard 5 dial analog instrument cluster and standard glove box door in camera case black.This an absolutely stunning, fully restored, A code Mustang Convertible. Laser straight, beautifully finished in original Rangoon Red paint with Black power top and gorgeous Black vinyl interior with Rally Pac gauges, Rally lights, wood grain steering wheel, AM/FM stereo, and Air Conditioning. Runs and drives excellent with the 289 4bbl V8, 4 Speed manual transmission, power steering, and disc brakes, it will surely not last long on our showroom floor so don't hesitate to call or stop by our showroom for more information.
The paint is in very good condition with just a few minor little chips, shown here. There a a few little surface scratches that can be seen in a few of the photos.

Non Texas residents are responsible for paying taxes in his/her state.Overseas customers will be charged a $30.00 fee for wire transfers.We must collect a vehicle inventory tax of .002285% and a small documentary fee of $75.00 on ALL sales.
